There are three levels of the Authentic Sales program designed to progress reps from buying in to personal development to a sustained coaching methodology. You can choose an individual speaking service or a combination of all three.
Immediate & Practical
Content is focused on attitude, behaviour and skill-based changes that reps can make right now. The goal is to give each rep a toolbox of tactics that are applicable to their job today. We will also work to tailor take-aways to align with your company's specific sales goals.
Fact-Based & Experiential
The Authentic Sales program is based on research in the fields of sales and personal development. I mesh this fact-based approach with relevant and entertaining stories to promote engagement. Workshops and masterminds are hands-on programs, designed to keep reps interested and motivated.
